Compensation: $50/hr, depending on qualifications and experience; additional compensation includes a potential gas card or travel expense reimbursement, a flat rate of $250 for overnight stays, or a flat fee of $1,000 per week.
Schedule: Ideal hours are 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on weekdays. Overnight care is needed occasionally, once every six weeks for 3-5 days.

A high- profile family in Flower Mound, Texas, is seeking an exceptional and highly qualified nanny to provide comprehensive care for their elementary-aged twins. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing demeanor and demonstrate remarkable flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the family. This role demands an individual who can integrate seamlessly into the family’s routine, offering consistent afterschool care and occasional overnight support. Nanny will be provided a bathroom and a bedroom when doing overnight care. The successful candidate will exhibit a proactive and professional approach, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for the children. Responsibilities:
- Provide afterschool care, assist with homework, and support the twins with their academic needs.
- Perform light household duties, including vacuuming main areas, cleaning counters and surfaces, and managing the children’s laundry.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
- Handle various errands for the family, such as grocery shopping, laundry, and picking up supplies.
- Manage drop-offs and pick-ups from school and transport to extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with the parents to coordinate daily activities, manage extracurricular schedules, and plan family logistics.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of childcare or nannying experience, with significant experience in on-call roles preferred.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Complete proficiency in English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Effective communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No criminal history.
- At least 3 impeccable childcare references.
- Demonstrates flexibility and availability for on-call duties.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
