Key Responsibilities
Childcare:
Assist children (ages 4 and 7) with their morning routine and school drop-off.
School pick-up, transportation to activities, homework assistance, and bedtime routines.
Foster independence by encouraging children to participate in age-appropriate tasks.
Household Management:
Manage day-to-day operations, including grocery shopping, meal prep, and running errands.
Coordinate with in-home staff (cleaners, contractors) and manage household schedules.
Organize mail, send packages, handle returns, and oversee family laundry.
Prepare for seasonal decorations, events, and maintain a tidy home environment.
Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with school personnel, contractors, and parents to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize to-do lists and spreadsheets effectively to manage household needs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Family Manager will be reliable, organized, and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset. A foundation in Christian values is preferred, along with a willingness to help children memorize Bible verses. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
