Anna McKay is on a mission to help women find confidence in careers they love. Parents Pivot was founded by Anna after 3 international moves, 2 kids, and more than a decade working as a coach and seeing clients and friends want to return to paid work but struggle along the way.
These were bright and talented individuals who could bring incredible value to an organization but weren’t clear how they wanted to re-enter paid work, what their professional skills were, and felt a lack of confidence, isolated and overwhelmed by the process. Parents Pivot is the go-to spot for returners looking to get back to paid work. We work with clients through 1:1 coaching and our membership community for returners: Pivot Pack: your Career Comeback Community
to help you return to paid work with clarity, confidence, coaching, and community.
We also facilitate workshops for companies and coach parents returning from parental leave, transitioning to a new career, and navigating life as a working parent to level up their leadership at work, have a meaningful career and a work life blend that works for everyone with less stress.
