This is typically a 60 minute conversation to understand your needs, expectations, and child(ren). Our recruiter is experienced to uncover needs and details of the position that will fully captivate the role and make sure we match you with the perfect candidates.

STEP 3

You'll be able to review applicants who have been hand-picked by our match making recruiter. We are personally acquainted and familiar with every nanny in our network as we invest a lot of time in pre-vetting each one. Based on our initial conversation with you we typically have a few nannies top of mind based on your family's personality and needs. We will present you with the candidates we feel are the best fit and who fit your budget, along with access to our helpful hiring resources to make the interviewing seamless.

Interested in a candidate we presented? We'll connect your family with those candidates you're most interested in meeting. We recruit exclusively for each family. In the event no existing profiles pique your interest or fit your needs, we can discuss a custom recruitment plan. It is our goal to present you with only the best candidates and to never let you feel like you have settled. All interviews will be scheduled by us- we'll make it simple for you!

Once the working trial is successfully completed and you’re ready to extend an offer, we provide families with a comprehensive 25-page work agreement template. Our team will collaborate with you to ensure this agreement sets both your family and the candidate up for long-term success. Additionally, we will connect you with our domestic payroll provider to assist with any payroll-related questions and next steps, making the transition as smooth as possible.
