STEP 1

Once you have inquired, we will reach out to schedule an initial 30-60 minute consultation with our intake specialist. We strive to really get to know our families personally so that we can learn about your family's unique needs. We prepare you for the hiring process, set expectations for pay rates in your area, and position you so that you can forget about the stress of finding the best care for your child(ren).

STEP 2

After you have completed your initial call with us and paid your deposit, we go to work for your family! You can rest assured that every candidate we present you is pre-vetted through a 21-point screening process.

STEP 3

After we've set up your family's secure and comprehensive portal, you'll be able to browse applicants who have been hand-picked for your family. We are personally acquainted and familiar with every nanny in our network as we invest a lot of time in pre-vetting each one. Based on our initial conversation with you we typically have a few nannies top of mind based on your family's personality and needs. We will present you with the candidates we feel are the best fit, along with access to our helpful Hello, Nanny!™ resources to make the interviewing seamless.

STEP 4

After your family has reviewed the nanny profiles, we'll put you in touch with the candidates your family is most interested in connecting with. In the event no existing profiles pique your interest or fit your needs, we can discuss a custom recruitment plan. We are happy to recruit exclusively for each family. We only present you with the ideal candidates and never want you to feel like you have settled.

STEP 5

After a successful phone interview with a candidate and you're ready to proceed, you can set up an in-person meet and greet with our Hello, Nanny!™ Rest assured that prior to this meet & greet, your potential nanny will have successfully passed an extensive background check as follows:

Felony and Misdemeanor Report
Department of Motor Vehicles Report
Social Security Verification
National Sex Offender Check
National Wants and Warrants Check

STEP 6

Assuming that your face-to-face meeting goes well and your family wants to move forward, the next step is to set up a working trial. This will give your family and nanny a chance to get to know each other and to work side by side in your own surroundings to observe how they perform in a real-world context.

After the working trial, and when you're ready to extend an offer, we provide families with a work agreement template & connect you with our personal tax consultant. *For families that choose our Titanium package, we do it all for you.

We evaluate potential candidates using a 21-point assessment method. The thorough screening process is as follows after fulfilling our preliminary qualifying standards of professional competence and long-term commitment:

Employment timeline verification and thorough professional & educational reference checks.
In-depth social media audits & personal reference checks.
Collect and verify vetting items such as CPR & First Aid, TB, Tdap vaccinations. (Flu and Covid vaccinations if requested by a family.)
Candidate interviews with families.
Complete thorough background and DMV check BEFORE scheduling a working trial.
CA nannies only- Trustline process begins once a working agreement between the candidate and family is signed.
