Ensure the child is prepared and ready for school, including packing necessary items (lunch, school supplies).
Safely transport the child to school, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
Communicate with teachers or school staff as needed regarding the child's needs or any special instructions.
Assisting in Creating Weekly Activities:
Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that cater to the child's unique interests and abilities.
Activities may include educational games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and sensory experiences to enhance learning and development.
Prepare a weekly schedule that balances educational activities with fun, ensuring the child remains engaged and motivated.
Monitor and assess the child’s progress and interests, adjusting activities as needed to align with their developmental goals.
Foster an environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and emotional growth, helping the child navigate their feelings and challenges.
Transportation: Use the family's Tesla to drive the child to activities (car provided)
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in childcare
Certifications:
CPR/First Aid required; ability to produce appropriate certifications; experience with neurodivergence and education is a plus
Languages:

Non-Smoking: The home is strictly non-smoking
