At Hello Nanny, we streamline the recruiting process, provide access to our network of pre-vetted professional, recruit beyond our network, and ensure that you find the perfect match for your family effortlessly.
STEP 1
Following your inquiry, we will contact you to schedule an initial 30-minute consultation. We will be happy to answer your initial questions regarding our process, the market, and the next steps to get started on your search during this call. In a follow-up email, your family will receive information about becoming an official client and setting up your family's secure and comprehensive portal.

Once you have completed your initial call with us and paid your deposit, we will schedule a more in-depth call with our leading recruiter and family specialist. This is typically a 60 minute conversation to understand your needs, expectations, and child(ren). Our recruiter is experienced to uncover needs and details of the position that will fully captivate the role and make sure we match you with the perfect candidates.
STEP 3
You'll be able to review applicants who have been hand-picked by our match making recruiter. We are personally acquainted and familiar with every nanny in our network as we invest a lot of time in pre-vetting each one. Based on our initial conversation with you we typically have a few nannies top of mind based on your family's personality and needs. We will present you with the candidates we feel are the best fit and who fit your budget, along with access to our helpful hiring resources to make the interviewing seamless.

Interested in a candidate we presented? We'll connect your family with those candidates you're most interested in meeting. We recruit exclusively for each family. In the event no existing profiles pique your interest or fit your needs, we can discuss a custom recruitment plan. It is our goal to present you with only the best candidates and to never let you feel like you have settled. All interviews will be scheduled by us- we'll make it simple for you!

The meet and greet process is an essential step in finding the right caregiver for your family, much like a friendly first date. This informal setting allows you to assess compatibility and communication styles.
We encourage families to conduct multiple meet and greets, as finding the perfect match often requires exploration. Meeting various candidates provides valuable insights and helps ensure you choose someone who truly fits your family's needs. Embrace the process—your ideal caregiver is out there!

Following a successful meet and greet, your family can decide to move forward with a working trial. This trial offers a valuable opportunity for you and the candidate to interact and collaborate in your own home, allowing you to observe their performance in a real-world context. To support you during this process, we will provide tips and tricks to help guide you through the working trial, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for everyone involved.

Once the working trial is successfully completed and you’re ready to extend an offer, we provide families with a comprehensive 25-page work agreement template. Our team will collaborate with you to ensure this agreement sets both your family and the candidate up for long-term success. Additionally, we will connect you with our domestic payroll provider to assist with any payroll-related questions and next steps, making the transition as smooth as possible.

After a candidate accepts your offer, it’s essential to execute a work agreement using our agency’s comprehensive 25-page outline. This document is crucial for ensuring a successful transition and long-term placement.
Start by reviewing the outline to understand key sections, including job responsibilities, compensation, and benefits. Customize the agreement to reflect your specific arrangement and ensure clarity on all terms.
Schedule a meeting with the candidate to discuss the details, allowing for any questions or adjustments. Once both parties agree, have the candidate sign the work agreement to formalize the employment relationship.
