Location: Palm Beach, Florida, with extensive travel

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
Schedule: Typical Week: 5 days on, 2 days off (may include split days)
Daily Hours: 12 hours per day
School Year: Lighter schedule of approximately 40 hours per week
Summer and School Breaks: Up to 60 hours per week
Live-in: Bedroom and bathroom provided in the guest house

Family Overview:
A prestigious family in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced, French-speaking nanny to join their fully staffed household. The family values professionalism, discretion, and a genuine passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, exceptionally organized, and skilled in managing the children’s daily routines with meticulous attention to detail. As a collaborative team player with a proactive approach, the nanny will seamlessly integrate into the household and contribute to its smooth operation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize documents related to the children’s schedules and activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Handle routine office tasks as needed
- Plan and coordinate after-school activities, including enrolling in programs and managing schedules
- Arrange transportation for activities and appointments
- Update and manage the children’s digital calendars
- Research and organize educational and recreational activities for family trips
- Plan and coordinate visits to local attractions and cultural sites during travel
- Ensure all travel arrangements and logistics are well-organized
- Utilize digital tools to manage schedules and activities
- Maintain and troubleshoot the children’s electronic devices as needed
- Ensure appropriate use of technology for educational and recreational purposes
- Restock the children’s rooms with necessary supplies (stationery, personal care items, etc.)
- Clean up and organize the children’s living spaces after the morning routine
- Prepare and pack the children’s belongings for trips, including clothing and personal items
- Run errands related to the children’s needs
- Coordinate with other household staff and manage any unforeseen issues
- Assist with additional household tasks as required
Qualifications:
- At least three years of professional experience as a nanny or in a related childcare role
- Proven track record of working with high-profile families or within a similar environment is highly preferred
- Fluent in French (both spoken and written)
- Deep understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in managing digital calendars and conducting online research
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Possession of a valid U.S. passport, with a willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a high-profile, ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) environment
- Discreet and professional, maintaining the family’s privacy at all times
