Compensation: $30-40/hr, based on qualifications and experience
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours per week. The schedule will vary, as this is not a traditional Monday-Friday role. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required.
Benefits: Luxury Live-In Accommodations: A private apartment is provided, including a separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, living room, bedroom, washer/dryer, and designated parking. Furnishings are negotiable based on the candidate’s preferences.
Travel: Join the family on quarterly trips and stays at their second home.

A dynamic and entrepreneurial family is seeking a highly skilled Newborn Care & Executive Assistant to join their household. Job Responsibilities:
Newborn Care:
- Provide exceptional care for the newborn, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring developmental milestones.
- Establish and maintain healthy sleep routines for the baby, including sleep training.
- Ensure the nursery and all baby-related items are sanitized and organized.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment to support the baby’s growth.
Executive Assistant & Family Assistance Support:
- Manage household administrative tasks such as paying invoices, auditing personal and business bills, and handling general scheduling.
- Assist with planning and coordinating family activities and appointments.
- Prepare for quarterly travel and manage all travel logistics, including packing and itineraries.
- Perform light housekeeping, focusing on maintaining children’s spaces and common areas.
- Optional: Meal prep for the family is welcomed but not required.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of professional newborn care experience.
- NCSA (National Certification for Newborn Care Specialists)
- INA (International Nanny Association)
- CACHE (Council for Awards in Care, Health, and Education – UK-based, but recognized globally)
- DONA (Doulas of North America, offering both Birth and Postpartum Doula certifications)
- CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association, offering Birth and Postpartum Doula certifications)
- IBCLC (International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners)
- ALPP (Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice, managing CLC certification)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with high levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No criminal history, with three impeccable references.
- Experience in handling household administrative tasks is a plus.
