Martha Hoffman is a Washington DC-based ADHD parent coach and special education expert who works with parents who have ADHD themselves, have children with ADHD, or are navigating both at the same time. As someone with ADHD herself and a parent, Martha brings lived experience to her work that goes far beyond the textbook. Combined with over 20 years in special education and more than a decade coaching educators and families, her approach is as personal as it is professional.

Martha’s coaching blends education, mindset work, and somatic practices with strategies specifically designed for the way the ADHD brain actually works, not the way the world expects it to.
