Welcome to the Hello Nanny Expert Village. By participating in the Expert Village, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities as an Expert Village member.
1. Definitions
Hello Nanny: Refers to Hello Nanny, LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives.
Expert Village Member: The individual or entity applying for and participating in the Hello Nanny Expert Village program.
Content: Refers to any materials, quotes, articles, insights, or other contributions provided by the Expert Village Member for use by Hello Nanny.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Hello Nanny Expert Village, you must:
a) Be a professional in your field with relevant qualifications, certifications, or experience.
b) Be at least 18 years of age.
c) Submit a complete application and be approved by the Hello Nanny team.
d) Agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

3. Membership Responsibilities
As an Expert Village Member, you agree to:
a) Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and all subsequent communications.
b) Contribute content (e.g., quotes, insights, articles) that is original, well-informed, and relevant to the parenting and nanny industries.
c) Respond to requests for contributions (e.g., PR prompts, blog quotes) in a timely and professional manner.
d) Notify Hello Nanny if your availability, credentials, or contact information changes.

4. Content Contribution and Usage
a) Ownership of Contributions: You retain ownership of the content you provide but grant Hello Nanny a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your contributions in any format, including but not limited to blogs, newsletters, social media, and PR campaigns, with proper credit to you.
b) Credit: Hello Nanny will give you appropriate credit for your contributions by including your name and/or professional title in any publication where your content is used.
c) Edits and Modifications: Hello Nanny reserves the right to edit or modify any submitted content for clarity, style, or formatting, while maintaining the integrity of your contribution.
d) Third-Party Use: By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that your contributions may be shared with third-party publications, media outlets, or partners as part of Hello Nanny’s promotional or content strategy.

5. Confidentiality
a) You agree to keep all non-public information about Hello Nanny, its clients, and its partners confidential.
b) You may not disclose or use Hello Nanny’s proprietary information without prior written consent.

6. Compensation
a) Participation in the Hello Nanny Expert Village is voluntary, and no monetary compensation will be provided for contributions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
b) Your participation provides non-monetary benefits, including exposure through Hello Nanny’s platforms, networking opportunities, and professional recognition.

7. Code of Conduct
a) Expert Village Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
b) Content submitted must align with Hello Nanny’s mission of empowering families and promoting positive parenting and childcare practices.
c) Discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate content or behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.

8. Termination
a) Hello Nanny reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Expert Village at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
b) You may voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Hello Nanny in writing.
c) Upon termination or withdrawal, Hello Nanny retains the right to use any previously provided content under the terms of this agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability
a) Hello Nanny is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Expert Village or the use of your contributions.
b) You agree to indemnify and hold Hello Nanny harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation or contributions.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
a) Hello Nanny retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, branding, and proprietary materials.
b) You may not use Hello Nanny’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution
a) Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Collin County.
b) Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

12. Miscellaneous
a) This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Hello Nanny regarding your participation in the Expert Village.
b) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert State or Country].
c) Hello Nanny reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
