Yogi Patel

Yogi Patel is the founder of Kinderhouse Montessori Schools and Yogi Patel – Transformation Through Empowerment, a coaching and training consultancy. With over 22 years of leadership experience in education, Yogi combines her expertise in Montessori education, Positive Discipline, and workplace empowerment to support leaders, teachers, parents, and children of all ages worldwide. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Administration, certifications in yoga and Montessori education, a Management and Leadership Certification from Harvard, and is both a Positive Discipline Trainer and a Trainer for Empowering People in the Workplace. Fueled by her passion for education and child advocacy, Yogi offers Positive Discipline seminars, one-on-one and group coaching, and certification training, creating a global impact. She is deeply committed to helping children develop a sense of belonging and significance while advocating for their safety from emotional, physical, and abuse. Yogi also serves as an outreach advisor for the Positive Discipline Association (PDA) and as an educational advisor for Trunks and Leaves, an organization dedicated to conservation and education.
