Submit the form below or call us. We respond within one business day to schedule a consultation — typically 45 minutes — to understand your family, your role, and what's worked or not worked before.

We Scope and Contract

After the consultation, we send a detailed proposal with timing, pricing, and scope. Once you sign, your dedicated recruiter is assigned within 24 hours and sourcing begins.

We source and screen.

Your recruiter pulls from our network, runs targeted outreach, and pre-screens every candidate. You only see the ones we'd hire ourselves. Typical timeline from contract to first introductions: 1–2 weeks.

You meet finalists.

We coordinate interviews, working trials, and reference calls. We're with you in every step — joining the calls if you want us, or stepping back if you don't. You decide who to hire.

We onboard

Work agreement drafted. Background check finalized. Payroll setup walked through. First-week check-ins. We don't hand you the keys and disappear — we make sure the placement starts well.

Concierge is our premium service where you enjoy the benefits of a dedicated recruiter who handles everything for you during the hiring process. From sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, reference checks, background checks, work agreement, and onboarding, this is our premium end-to-end hiring package. We handle all the heavy lifting, and you simply come in to provide guidance and make the final decisions.
Pricing is scoped after your consultation based on the complexity of your role, timeline, and household needs. There are no hidden fees, and if the placement doesn’t work out within the guarantee window, we recruit again at no additional charge.
Families who choose our other services like Bring Your Own Candidate (BYOC) and Post a Job typically have the time, experience, and bandwidth to be involved in the process and want expert support along the way. Families who choose Concierge typically don’t—whether because their schedule won’t allow it, their role is complex, or they’ve been through a placement that didn’t work out and aren’t willing to risk it again. If you’re weighing the two, Concierge is our premium service, allowing you to completely hand off the hiring process to our expert team.

As a Concierge family, your dedicated recruiter will totally drive every step of the process and pull you in only when necessary. This means your recruiter will handle everything from sourcing candidates, vetting them, interviews, background checks, and more. If you prefer to be more involved, your recruiter can join you on interviews, working trials, and conduct reference calls alongside you, offering their expertise and guidance. Our Concierge process is designed to flex around your availability and preferences. With that said, Concierge is our premium service, allowing our families to rely on their dedicated recruiter during the majority of the hiring process.
We place any nanny or household position our Concierge clients request, including (but not limited to), full-time nannies, part-time nannies, travel nannies, ROTA nannies, family assistants, household managers, newborn care specialists (NCS), home school nannies, and more.
