Yes — your candidate should be aware that you are engaging Hello Nanny! for agency support services, particularly for background checks and reference checks, which require their consent. Our team will guide you on how to communicate this to your candidate appropriately.
Joining BYOC™ is free — there is no enrollment fee, no retainer, and no placement fee. You only pay for the individual services you select, such as a background check, reference checks, work agreement, or payroll setup. Our team will walk you through pricing when we follow up after your submission.
