If your role doesn’t attract applicants within the first 7 days, we’ll schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation with one of our recruiters to advise you on adjustments that will help attract the right talent — at no extra charge.
The Job Advertisement Service covers posting and broadcast. Once you’re working with candidates, we offer background checks, reference checks, and hiring guides as add-on services. We’ll walk you through your options after your posting is live.
By law, household employees in the United States must be hired as W-2 employees — not independent contractors. We strongly recommend paying above board — families who do see significantly lower turnover and stronger long-term retention. We work with a trusted household payroll partner to make compliance simple, and we will walk you through it. Hello Nanny! is also working alongside the Workforce Infrastructure Institute (workforceinfrastructureinstitute.org) to advocate for legislative reform that would reclassify childcare as an operational expense — so that families can fund household payroll with pre-tax dollars in the future.
Yes — cancel anytime with 30 days notice after your 3-month minimum commitment. Your posting remains active through the end of your paid period.
