Why We Give Back

On Christmas Eve 1998, our founder’s family endured a tragic car accident. Her sister Savannah spent months in a coma and the hospital, while the rest of the family struggled to navigate life without parental support. What carried them through was their village, friends, neighbors, and a caring community that stepped in with meals, emotional support, and childcare, making the impossible a little easier.
This experience shaped Hello Nanny!. We understand how vital it is to have the right people by your side in tough times. That’s why we created our giveback program: every month, we donate our placement services to connect one family in need with exceptional caregivers, easing their burden during life’s most challenging moments.

Giveback Disclaimer: Hello Nanny’s pro bono services include comprehensive recruiting, screening, interviewing, and final candidate vetting. Families must meet industry standards by paying caregivers legally and complying with state employment regulations.
