As a certified executive coach and Fair Play Facilitator and mother herself, Tara has coached hundreds of women navigating the dual demands of career and care, giving her a front-row seat to the invisible labor and systemic barriers mothers face every day. She has also served on leadership councils and founded women’s resource groups dedicated to advancing gender equity in the workplace.
