Instead of focusing on hiring logistics, it looks at how a household functions day‑to‑day to determine whether a nanny, family assistant, household manager, or another role may be the right fit.

If childcare is only part of what feels overwhelming, a traditional nanny may not be the best fit. Families who also need help with schedules, errands, household coordination, or managing multiple responsibilities often benefit from a family assistant or household manager. A household support assessment helps clarify which role aligns with your actual needs.

Most families complete the household support assessment in about two minutes. It includes a small number of questions focused on household structure, schedules, and support needs.

 

After completing the assessment, families receive a recommended type of household support along with a brief explanation. Some families may also be invited to schedule a household support assessment call to talk through options in more detail, but scheduling a call is optional.
