The family is seeking a dedicated individual for their sweet 8-week-old boy. They warmly welcome someone who has a solid background in working with infants and can collaborate with both parents as their son reaches important developmental milestones. 

The ideal candidate should be able to provide gentle professional advice while respecting and executing the parents’ preferences for their child. Friendliness, love, and flexibility are essential qualities for this role. Collaboration and open communication with the parents will be key to providing a consistent and nurturing environment for the baby.

As the nanny, your primary focus will be on providing attentive and loving care for their son. You will play a crucial role in his early development and well-being. Our family is eager to say hello to someone who has experience with tummy time exercises to facilitate their baby’s motor skills development. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and establishing a consistent nap and feeding schedule, ensuring the baby’s nutritional needs are met.

It will be important for you to assist with preparing and washing bottles, paying close attention to hygiene and cleanliness. As the weeks go by, you will be instrumental in supporting the family through the various changes and milestones their son will soon experience. This may include introducing solid foods, potty training, and assisting with developmental activities such as crawling, walking, and speech development.

As their son grows older, our family envisions age-appropriate activities such as walks, trips to the library for story time, museum visits, playdates, and exploring the various child-friendly attractions San Francisco has to offer. A family vehicle is provided for outings. 

Occasionally, the family may require the nanny to come in early in the morning or stay later in the evening, so having a flexible and adaptable nature is crucial. In some weeks, you may have the chance to work extra hours. Moreover, the family values a candidate who is travel-ready, as they enjoy both domestic and international travel. Previous experience with nanny families who have required travel is a must. The travel would occur a few times a year. Our family is open to either a live-in or live-out candidate.

For the live-in arrangement, the accommodations provided include a private bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, and desk. You will have a private bathroom located down the hall on the same floor. The floor also includes a room with a gym, laundry room, and garage. While there is no private kitchen available, the family is willing to accommodate by adding a mini refrigerator and microwave for your use.
