Compensation: Starting at $30.oo Raise to $35 after 6 months of proven success

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5 with Flexibility for Evenings & Weekends.

Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-profile public figure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, impeccable discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. They should be detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and proactive, requiring little supervision or guidance while executing work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level, proactive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively handle various tasks, including correspondence, drafting emails, and preparing presentations.
  • Oversee the executive’s professional and personal agenda, ensuring all priorities are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Coordinate and manage the executive’s extensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, screening and prioritizing incoming communications and requests.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information and issues.
  • Assist in managing the executive’s social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring online presence.
  • Support outreach and business development tasks, including researching potential partners, clients, and opportunities, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate and track follow-up activities related to business development efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Assist in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate records of contacts and interactions.
  • Handle personal errands and ad-hoc requests as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel to local networking and charity events to provide support.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and proactive, requiring little supervision or guidance while executing work efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexibility in working hours, as the role may require occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
  • Willingness to pass a comprehensive background check.

Benefits:

  • W2 payroll.
  • Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year + Major Holidays 
  • Healthcare benefit stipend of $400 per month after 6 months of employment.

Compensation:

  • Starting rate of $30 per hour.
  • Opportunity for a raise to $35 per hour after 6 months of successful employment and a proven track record.
