National Nanny Recognition Week Giveaway Rules
Official Rules
1. Sponsor
This Giveaway is sponsored by Hello Nanny LLC, located at 9201 Warren Pkwy, Suite 200, Frisco, TX 75035 (“Sponsor” or “Hello Nanny!”).
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Nominees (the nanny or caregiver being nominated) are not required to take any action to be nominated, but are subject to the consent and acceptance requirements in Section 12 before any prize is awarded or any public announcement is made.
- Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the Giveaway.
4. Entry Period
This Giveaway begins on September 1, 2026 at 8AM CT and ends on September 16, 2026 at 11:59PM CT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
5. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, an eligible individual (the “Nominator”) may submit a nomination through the official entry form located at the Giveaway landing page on hellonanny.com (the “Website”). No other method of entry will be accepted or considered, including entries submitted through social media, email, or any other channel.
Each Nominator may submit one (1) nomination per nanny/caregiver during the Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries.
6. Winner Selection Method
Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Giveaway are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about September 18, 2026.
7. Notification and Acceptance
The potential winner (through their Nominator, and separately the Nominee as described in Section 12) will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and complete any required acceptance documentation within twenty-four (24) hours of notification being sent. Failure to respond within this window, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
8. Prizes
The following prizes are being offered as part of this Giveaway, awarded to the winner(s) selected by random drawing as described in Section 6. Approximate Retail Values (ARV) are listed below; the Bee Organized prize varies by the winner’s location, as noted.

Aggregate ARV of chance-based prizes: $2,372 fixed (Hungryroot $1,800 + Hello Nanny! $500 + NAEYC $72), plus the Bee Organized prize (value varies by location, not to exceed $500) — for a maximum possible aggregate ARV of up to $2,872. See Section 16 regarding how this figure relates to state registration thresholds.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
8A. Additional Benefit Available to All Entrants (Not a Chance-Based Prize)
In addition to the prizes described in Section 8, every individual who submits an eligible entry during the Entry Period — regardless of whether they are selected in the random drawing — will receive the following benefit from Purdue Global: a three (3) week free trial period on course enrollment, and a twenty percent (20%) discount off the standard cost of Purdue Global course credits.
Purdue Global’s standard cost is $371 per unit credit; the 20% discount reduces this by $74.20 per credit. Because the value of this benefit depends entirely on how many credits, if any, an individual entrant chooses to enroll in and use, Sponsor makes no representation as to a fixed or guaranteed dollar value for this benefit, and it is not included in the aggregate ARV calculation in Section 8.
This benefit is fulfilled directly by Purdue Global and is subject to Purdue Global’s own enrollment terms and conditions, which are separate from these Official Rules.
9. Forfeiture and Alternate Winner
If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the acceptance window described in Section 7, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or elect not to award that prize.
10. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically described here, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by applicable law.
11. Sponsor’s Rights
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
12. Nominator Representation and Nominee Consent
This Giveaway has a structure that requires specific representations, separate from a standard entry:
12.1 Nominator Representation and Warranty
By submitting a nomination, the Nominator represents and warrants that they have obtained the Nominee’s permission to submit her name and story for consideration in this Giveaway. Sponsor is entitled to rely on this representation and is under no obligation to independently verify it.
12.2 Nominee Consent Gate Before Public Reveal
Before any winner is publicly announced, the Nominee must separately agree, in writing, to have her name, story, and likeness used publicly by Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway (the “Publicity Release”), in addition to accepting the prize itself. This consent is distinct from, and required in addition to, prize acceptance.
12.3 Prize Without Public Feature
If a Nominee accepts a prize but declines to sign the Publicity Release, she will still receive the prize privately, but will not be featured on Sponsor’s social media, email communications, or the Giveaway landing page. This mirrors the approach already used for the NAEYC prize winner in this campaign.
12.4 Data Use Limitation for Nominee Information
A Nominee’s personal information submitted as part of a nomination will be used solely to contact her if she becomes a finalist or winner. It will not be added to any marketing list, and will not be used for any other purpose, without her own separate, affirmative opt-in.
13. General Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants (and, where applicable, Nominees who accept a prize) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or use or misuse of any prize.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
15. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
16. Requesting Winner Names
For the name(s) of winner(s), or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request to admin@hellonanny.com within 30 days after the Giveaway ends.
17. Miscellaneous
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and Sponsor regarding this Giveaway. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Void where prohibited by law.
