The nanny they found for us is now part of the family. she’s works VERY well with our Au Pair and between the both of them, our 4 kids are not just taken care of, but they are THRIVING and HAPPY. The initial steps to working with them were seem-less and thorough. The search and interview phase was detailed and efficient. They even placed me with a temporary nanny while I searched for the right fit long term nanny. The care after words was 5 start and they are extremely receptive to feedback. Hello, Nanny! took the time to understand what we were looking for, was in constant communication with me over text, helped set up interviews and working trials with candidates and followed up promptly any time I had any questions.
