Sara Tans is an ICF-certified career and life coach with a passion for empowering women during pivotal life transitions. In 2017, she founded Pathways to Parenthood, a coaching company dedicated to guiding new and expectant parents through the transition to parenthood and their return to work. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by new parents, Sara has successfully supported hundreds of individuals and couples, as well as managers who play a key role in this critical phase.
Before transitioning to coaching, Sara spent 17 years in the corporate world, where she gained valuable insights into the dynamics of professional life. She is also a proud mother of two young boys, whose experiences inspire her work every day.
