Before joining Hello Nanny, Vanessa led high-volume hiring efforts for international J-1 visa programs in the healthcare and education sectors, supporting professionals through every stage of the placement journey. In addition to her recruitment background, she has over 10 years of direct experience working with children as a household manager, nanny, and daycare team lead—giving her a deep understanding of what makes a caregiver-family match truly successful.
Vanessa is passionate about building meaningful connections, learning each family’s unique story, and ensuring placements are thoughtful, seamless, and supportive. Originally from Germany and fluent in both English and German, she now lives in Auburn, Alabama, and enjoys skiing and photography in her free time.
