We educate families on competitive pay, PTO, holidays, overtime, mileage, and travel, before they meet you. You don't walk into an offer call having to negotiate basic professionalism. The conversation starts where it should: whether the role and the family fit you.
Every placement gets a written work agreement.
Schedule, pay, time off, holidays, overtime, travel, scope of duties. All written down before your first day. Most disputes between nannies and families come from things that were never documented. We document them, and we'll back you up if the family later tries to change them.
W-2 employment. Always.
We don't place 1099 nannies. Period. Every role is on the books, with proper payroll, tax withholding, and the legal protections you're entitled to. We refer families to a tax and payroll specialist at no cost to you, and we'll walk you through what your paystub should look like.

We don't drop your resume into a portal and hope. A recruiter reads it, calls you, gets to know your work, and only sends you to families where there's a real fit. You'll meet fewer families — and the ones you meet will be ones worth meeting.

Once you're hired, we don't disappear. If a boundary gets pushed, if scope creeps, if something feels off call your recruiter. We'll either coach you through the conversation or have it with the family ourselves.
