Our dad is seeking a full-time nanny to assist in caring for his one-month-old daughter in a loving and supportive environment. Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that enhances a child’s cognitive and social development through age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, reading, and music. The ideal nanny would be an experienced career nanny who can establish a sense of stability and security for his child through a consistent daily routine. Responsibility for all aspects of child rearing is essential.

As our family’s next nanny, you should have experience providing safe, comfortable, and developmentally appropriate care to newborns and infants. A genuine interest in the growth and well-being of children is imperative. The capability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. For effective collaboration with our dad and other household staff, strong communication skills are essential. Having an active lifestyle and enjoying outdoor activities, including walks, is highly desirable.  This role requires education, refinement, and a polished demeanor.

In terms of schedules, our family has a lot of flexibility. The schedule includes Monday-Friday shifts from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. There is also the possibility of three-day 12-hour shifts. In order for our family to function effectively, there must be a willingness to accommodate overnight stays when the father is on business travel. Occasionally, the family may have to travel together. Being travel-ready is an asset. The ability to speak French and/or Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.

An individual who has a growth mindset and is open to learning new things is important. The ability to think deeply and collaborate is crucial.
